Follow these steps for import vouchers from Excel to Tally-

• Go to Website - www.xltool.in
• First enable ODBC port in Tally application.
• Open one Tally application & open only one company.
• In XLTOOL software ​fillup the data in appropriate voucher template.
• Open MY MENU by F1 Key.
• click START button.
• Data will be imported in Tally.
• If any errors occurred see the details on REPORT template.
• Read software in-built HELP template for more details.
• If any Error then you can get alert in software REPORT template. Rectify the errors and process same steps.
